That’s great! The fun part is, there’s never any shortage of envy and everyone’s envy is different.

narcissista1 – I loved your blog and sometimes pictures really are worth…… Also, I love that you’re educating the eyes of all who read your blog. Very fun too! I’m hoping in a few years we’ll all laugh about the Botox weirdnesses that occurred in the early millenium! With Botox/Dysport, less is usually more these days. Great work. Dr. Brandith Irwin

I have wanted to do something with my sagging neck for a while now. I’m 57 and that and my cellulite make me very self conscious. I know it’s all in my head…how much does the procedure cost and how many treatments ski you have to have? I’m hopingyou do it and let us know it wentfantastic and you look 10 years younger!

Hi Linda – can you post this in the Ultherapy thread? I think this is the procedure you’re talking about. If so, my before and afters are already up, you can find them here.

Send me a private email and I’ll steer you to some doctors in NY, but it’s not an exhaustive list by any means. There are many good injectors I haven’t tried.

I DONT AGREE WITH YOUR COMMENT WITH REGARDS TO A DENTIST ABILITY TO DO BOTOX TREATMENTS FOR MANY REASONS !PLEASE EDUCATE YOURSELF BEFORE PUTTING BOGUES MATERIAL ON THE WEB

    1) THEY GET AN EXTENSIVE TRAINING ON HEAD AND NECK ANATOMY, IDENTICAL TO MEDICAL DOCTORS EXCEPT THAT THEY FOCUS EVEN MORE ON HEAD AND NECK!!!
    2) THE BOTOX INJECTION COURSES ARE IDENTICAL FOR MD AND DENTISTS
    3) THEY ARE TRAINED TO IDENTIFY , TREAT AND AMELIORATE ASYMMETRY
    4) IS TECHNICALLY WRONG TO PUT NURSES AND PAs IN THE SAME CATEGORY AS DENTISTS, YOU REALIZE DENTISTS ARE THE DOCTOR OF DENTAL SURGERY, RIGHT?
I GET MY BOTOX BY MY DENTIST AND SHE IS SIMPLY THE BEST. MY 6 MONTHS CHECK UP IS A COMPREHENSIVE APPOINTMENT AND I DONT WANT IT ANY OTHER WAY

I went to a doctor that specializes in botox and fillers. I left so humiliated BC he said my wrinkles were to deep. I’m 55 and a sun worshiper in youth. He directed me to a plastic surgeon for laser or facelift both of which I can’t afford. Why isn’t botox or fillers an option. I need to make my spirits brighter before Xmas. Any advice I would appreciate

APRN’s can be just as good as an MD and are talented at melodiously blending the ART with the SCIENCE. With seven years of education and additional years of clinical practice they are usually a more affordable, equally safe, and in some cases just as talented with better people skills. There are many studies that show the positive outcome of patients of APRN’s can even exceed that of an MD. Negating an APRN as a viable option for Botox or any other service, with one broad stroke really lacks substance and quality research.
